Missing Annual Reports Wanted
Baseball Victoria is seeking copies of missing VBA Annual Reports, as well as Annual Reports from affiliate Associations and Clubs to assist in the completion of historical records.
Baseball Victoria's Heritage Group, comprising of Barry Smith, Graeme Ainscough and Stan Oxworth, are regularly compiling historical records on behalf of Victorian baseball.
As such, the Baseball Victoria website has commenced a on-line Honour Board, featuring VBA and VPBL Life Members and their profiles, Premiership winners, Individual Award winners and Claxton Shield/ABL honours.
Currently the group has limited Annual Reports, photos and historical records (such as anniversary publications) from affiliated Associations (including the VPBL and all Winter Associations) and Clubs (summer and winter), therefore any copies of these documents, regardless of age, would be greatly appreciated.
While VBA Annual Reports are largely available, there are some gaps. The missing VBA Annual Reports are;
- 1976
- 1976/77, 1977/78, 1978/79 and 1979/80
- 1981/82
- 1985/86 and 1986/87
