Board of Directors

Baseball Victoria is governed by an independent Board of Directors. The Board consists of at least 5 and no more than 7 Directors, plus the CEO.

The Board is responsible for making strategic decisions in a range of areas that are in the interests, rights and expectations of the members of Baseball Victoria.

The Board encourages feedback on management and operational aspects of the Association. Correspondence for the Board can be directed through the CEO.

The CEO is directly responsible for the general management of all operational aspects of Baseball Victoria.

Sub-committees

In accordance with Rule 35.1 of the Baseball Victoria Rules, the Board of Directors has ability to delegate responsibilities to sub-committees. Subsequently, the Board has endorsed the following committees to assist in the operation of Baseball Victoria.
